Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Pork loin (chops), 4 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Pineapple Juice, .5 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .1250 cup, packed (remove)
    * Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

When you've browned your chops in the EVOO add the onions. Let them cook while combining all the other ingredients. Pour these over the Pork and onions and let simmer, covered for about 15 minutes.

Sometimes I even add in some pineapple chunks to the onion stage.
