IntroductionCrab cakes using imitation crab. Crab cakes using imitation crab.
2 eggs, beaten
Â½ cup plain dry bread crumbs
Â¼ cup lemon juice
Â¼ sliced green onion
Â½ tsp dry mustard
Â½ lb imitation crab, flaked
2 Tbsp Canola oil
Shape into 8 patties ; coat with additional crumbs.
Coat a non stick skillet with 2 Tbsp of canola oil oor with no stick spray.
Brown patties on both sides. Refrigerate leftovers.
