My own version of breakfast My own version of breakfast
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup of crunchy set asside in boiling water
    1.5 cup crunchy you mix with 1 egg white
    dannon vanilla
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking soda
    2.5 cups of whole wheat flour
    1 cup of water
    0.5 applesauce
    0.25 cup of raisins (can use blueberry or walnut unstead)
    3 tsp brown sugar

Directions

Measure 1/4 cup per muffin bake for 20 minutes in 375 degrees
