    2 pound ground beef
    1 small diced onion
    4 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
    2 cups water
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    1 teaspoon white sugar


Brown Ground beef and onion
add remaining ingredients
simmer at least 30 minutes
