Porcupine Meatballs

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef lean
    1/2 cup long grain rice
    1 egg
    2 T onion
    1/2 t salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can Tomato Soup
    1/2 cup water
    1 t worcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine meat, rice, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 of the soup.
Mix completely and roll into balls. Place in pan. Mix soup, water and Worcestershire sauce, pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 40 minutes stirring often
Serve with cooked noodles
