Ingredients

    Mix package of yeast with warm water and 1 tsp yeast. Let sit until bubbly. Add 1 C cold water, oil, 1/2 tsp sugar, and spices. Add flour, stirring until thick and stiff. Put on firm surface covered with flour, Kneed until elastic. Let rise, covered, until doubled. Roll our, top as desired.

Directions

Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 8 slices.
