Ingredients

*Beef Lunchmeat (roast beef), 16 oz (remove)
*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3 serving (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Add oil, garlic, spices, and mushrooms to a skillet and saute on medium high heat while you cut the roast beef into strips. Add roast beef and saute for a few minutes. Add a can of drained diced tomatoes and simmer until hot. You can top with fat free shreaded cheese, serve on a bun or whole wheat bread. Goes great with cottage cheese.
