Introduction

This is an easy to make dessert that makes a simple piece of fruit decedant and delicious! This is an easy to make dessert that makes a simple piece of fruit decedant and delicious!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Banana
    1/2 Tablespoon Smart Balance
    4 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
    1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

1. Turn on stove to Medium and put Smart Balance into a pan and place on stove
2. Cut the banana into slices and add to pan
3. Add the cinnamon and brown sugar, stir the bananas occasionally and take out when the sugar has carmalized on the bananas
4. Serve on a plate with a little powdered sugar, on top of ice cream, or mixed with fresh berries!
