Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 cups whole linseeds (flaxseeds)
    2 cups whole sunflower seeds
    1 cup whole almonds

Directions

Mix and ground together until fine.
To find use a coffee grinder or a food processor.

Store in a dark airtight glass jar in the refrigerator (ball mason jar?)

Sprinkle on rice, pasta, fruit, vegetables or just about anything.

    This is a great to put on porridge to give a add of protein and fibre
    only put 1 tablespoon on though
    The recipe will do around 50 servings - 3/22/09

  • I saw this in a recipe and I thought "What the HECK is LSA?" I was even more disappointed when I found out that I couldn't buy it anywhere -- not even on ebay or Amazon.com! So I decided to make some of my own -- excited to add flavor and healthy stuffs to recipes! - 1/2/13
