Introduction

I love banana and I love peanut butter , so I thought I would combine my two favourite flavours in a tasty muffin. Zero cholesterol and 4g Protein in each muffin! 2.8 g fibre! Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) -mashed
    No Name Chopped peanuts -15 grams
    Hershey's Chipits Special dark chocolate chips - 3 Tbsp
    Quaker Low fat Banana muffin mix - the whole pkg
    Water, tap, 16.5 fl oz
    Kraft Peanut butter Light 25 % less fat - 4 Tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven @ 375 F ( as per muffin mix instructions on pkg)
Method:
1/ Mash the very ripe bananas, and mis in the peanut butter,
2/ add Quaker Low Fat banana muffin mix , and water and stir till just combined, lightly stir in chocolate chips.
Divide mixture in 24 paper muffin cups, and bake in oven for 20 - 24 min, ovens vary.
3/Cool on wire rack

Enjoy!
