Spinach Pasta

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    pasta
    spinach
    ricotta cheese
    tomatoes
    garlic or garlic salt if you don't like real garlic

Directions

this makes enough for 6 people

1 box of pasta any kind
1 bag spinach **fresh spinach is best but frozen works great too, usually if frozen** I use a lot of spinach I usually use 2 bags the more the merrier.
2 tomatoes
I small Ricotta Cheese
garlic (1 little part of the clove will do

set the pot to boil the water for the pasta

in a frying pan start the spinach, dice the tomatoes, and garlic stiring them slow, don't let them burn, usually by the time the pasta water boils is the time you are adding stuff to the frying pan.

when all is done, you mix together dumping the cheese onto the hot mix, and stir together until the cheese is nice and saucy.
