Blueberry-Almond Smoothie

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 frozen banana
    1/4 soft tofu
    1/4 cup raw almonds
    1/4 cup flaxseed (ground or meal)
    2 TBSP pure maple syrup
    1 cup water

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients in the order listed. Puree to a smooth consistency.
Note: Instead of frozen fruit, I use fresh and just add a couple of ice cubes instead.
Makes 2 servings.
