1/2 c low fat milk
1 cup zucchini
1/4 c raisin
1/4 c walnuts
mix 1 pack of carrot cake muffin mix' and add 1 cup shredded zucchini, A kids size box of raisin, hand full of crushed walnuts 1/2 cup of low fat milk.
Freeze the rest for breakfast or snack
