Honey Dijon Salmon Patties

Sweet way to change up the same old salmon patties. Sweet way to change up the same old salmon patties.Number of Servings: 3
Ingredients

10oz canned boneless skinless salmon
2 tblsp Honey
2tsp Dijon mustard
3 dashes Woceshire sauce
1tbsl finely grated onion
1 egg white
1 slice Reduced calorie (light) wheat bread crumbed
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
Seperate out into 3 equal sized portions.
Pat out each portion into burger like patties.
Cook in a non stick skillet on Medium heat until each side is browned and cooked threw (about 7 min on each side.)
Serve on a wheat bun or eat without. Delicious and something different!
