Cabbage, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
Carrots, raw, .25 cup, strips or slices
Celery, raw, .25 cup, diced
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
*Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 1 tbsp
Place all vegetables in and cook just enough to still be crisp. About 10 minutes.
Add the Teriyaki Sauce, stir to heat through.
Serve over rice or noodles.
