Herb Baked Tilapia

Introduction

Easy to make and tastes awsome. There's also many ways you could variate it. Easy to make and tastes awsome. There's also many ways you could variate it.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 Tbsp bread crumbs
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tbsp basil
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    Cooking spray of choice
    4 5 oz tilapia fillets
    4 lemon wedges for garnish

Directions

This recipe makes 4 servings

1. Preheat over to 375 F
2. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. In a bowl combine bread crumbs, minced garlic, ginger, basil, oragano and salt to taste
3. Drizzle half of your olive oil over tilapia and rub to mke and even coating. Sprinkle and pat on bread crumb mixture
4. Drizzle remaing oil over tilapia and then place in baking pan. Place in oven and bake till cooked through which takes about ten minutes. Use lemon wedge to garnish!
