Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    pork tenderloin, 20 oz (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tblspn(remove)
    Mustard seed, yellow, 2 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup, 2 tblspn(remove)
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 tbslpn
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 14 oz can (remove)

    red pepper flakes if desired

Directions

put broth, tomato sauce, garlic, red pepper, worcestershire, mustard, syrup, cider in sauepan over med-high heat until boils. add turkey reduce to med-low. cover & cook for 30 minutes.

using slotted spoon, remove turkey and let cool 10 min.

continue cooking sauce, uncovered until reduced by half, 10 - 15 min. you should haqve 1 cup left

remove from heat and transfer 1/2 cup of sauce to samll bowl, leave remaining in pan.

using 2 forks, shred turkey. return to saucepan and combine with sauce. cook over low heat until heated through.

sereve on bowls if desired and drizzle with remaiing sauce.
