Introductionsweet/spicy grilled shrimp sweet/spicy grilled shrimp
16 oz raw jumbo shrimp (peeled & devained)
1/4 cup chili sauce
1-2 Tbl. Lime Juice (depending on taste)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper (to taste)
Mix Chili sauce, Lime juice and crushed red pepper (if using).
Place sauce and shrimp in a zip-top bag.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Thread shrimp onto skewers (if you do one at the head end of the shrimp and one at the tail end they are easier to flip on the grill). DISCARD EXTRA MARINADE (don't want you to get sick)
Grill 2-5 minutes, or until they firm up/turn opaque.
