2 slices whole grain bread (I chose arnold bakery light 100% whole wheat 40 calorie bread)
2 slices muenster cheese
1 plum tomato, sliced in small rounds
2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
this can also be made as two melt open face sandwiches sprinkled with a little oregano for flavor instead of mustard - yummy!!
