Ingredients

    4 cups sliced squash
    1 cup sliced carrot
    1 green pepper sliced
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 cup fat free italian dressing
    5 sprigs fresh dill chopped

Directions

Put all ingredients together in a bowl. Let set in fridge 2-3 hours to marinate. Cook vegis on low-med until tender.

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
