1 lb lamb chops 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 tbsp butter 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 1/4 cup Russian dressing 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
Sprinkle salt and pepper on lamb. Broil 4-6" from heat for approximately 10 minutes on each side or until done. Meanwhile, in large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter for about 5-6 minutes. Add russian dressing. Bring to a boil. Cook until sauce is reduced by half. When chops are done, sprinkle with cheese and broil for 1 more minute. Serve with mushroom sauce.
