Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 8 oz (1/2 a pound)Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz (1/2 a pound)
Olive Oil - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 clove minced
Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup pieces
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
*Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce, 1 Jar of the Light varity
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup
Place olive oil in large skillet, saute minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, and chopped onion, till onion is translucent. Add imitation crab & cooked shrimp to warm. Pour whole jar of light alfredo sauce on to mixture and stir, heat throughly but do not boil.
Feed 4 large servings, but if you serve it along with salad & bread makes 6 servings.
