Â½ of a 16 oz pkg of whole wheat linguine
1 cup fresh or frozen flowerets
2 Tbsp Smart Balance Light
*1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5 inch pieces
10Â¾oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
Â½ cup fat free half and half
Â½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Â¼ tsp ground black pepper
*You may also substitute 1 lb of shelled and deveined large shrimp for the chicken. Calories will be 375.5/serv
EXTRA NOTE: Try grilling the chicken breast before chunking. Tastes even better!
Heat butter in 10" skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook unil well browned, stirring often.
Stir soup, half and half, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture into skillet. Cook until mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
