Garlic & Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

6 Medium Potatoes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Dash of Basil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Peel, rinse, and quarter potatoes
3. Coat with olive oil and spices
4. Place in baking dish
for crispy results use a non-stick metal baking dish
5. Cover tightly with foil
6. Cut a 1" slit in top of foil
7. Bake 25 minutes on lowest baking rack
8. Uncover and turn potatoes wedges
9. Bake 20 minutes more or till potatoes reach desired doneness.
