1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
2 T. fresh parsley- chopped fine
1-1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1-2 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Unroll and spread pizza crust on a cookie sheet.
Mix ricotta, egg, salt, pepper and parsley in a medium bowl. Stir well to combine, then spread over the uncooked crust.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, then grated parmessan. Place in oven and bake 10-13 minutes- according to package directions on pizza crust for type of toppings on pizza- allowing more time if you add meat or vegetable toppings in addition to the cheese.
