    # Olive Oil, .2 cup (remove)
    # Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup (remove)
    # Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    # Honey, .33 cup (remove)
    # Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    # Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    # Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
    # Egg, fresh, 1 large (rem

Directions

Heat the oil at 350* for 3 minutes in pan in oven. Mix dry ingredients, then the rest just til blended. Then add oil and bake in 8X8 pan.

    It was really good. I made it in an iron skillet pouring the batter into the hot oil in the skillet. Crispy outside, moist inside! - 3/14/07

    Yummy!.. I used a little less oil than called for... poured the whole mess into the oiled dish and baked for about 15 minutes (until the top cracked)... was awesome with my chili!!! - 7/2/07
