Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 12 oz cut into small strips
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup cooked
    *Soy Sauce, 1 cup

Directions

marinate the beef in the soysauce for at least 30 mins in fridge (the longer you let set the stronger the taste) stir fry the meat along with soysauce until done. Add broccoli to meat and let steam . Serve ontop of steamed rice.
