Ingredients

    1 medium sized tomato chopped
    1/2 cup of lettuce shredded
    1 medium sized pickle chopped
    3 tblsp of kraft fat free mayonnaise dressing
    1 can tuna packed in water drained
    2 tsp yellow mustard

Directions

add everything into bowl and mix throughly may serve by itself or with bread (bread not calculated)
