My lower fat turkey meatloaf My lower fat turkey meatloaf
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    onions 1/2 whole onion, chopped
    carrots-2, shredded
    celery-3 stalks, chopped
    ground turkey- 2 lbs
    tomato sauce-2 can
    oatmeal ,uncooked- 1 cup
    eggs-2 large

Directions

mix all ingredients together with 1 can tomato sauce. press firmly into loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven about 90 mins. Top with remaining sauce and continue cooking untill done.( about 15 more mins) Serves about 10
