Zucchini, Onions and Tomato Saute

Introduction

Great way to use those wonderful garden veggie's Great way to use those wonderful garden veggie's
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced )
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped )
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup )
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Wash and slice zucchini
Chop Onions and Tomatoes
Snap Green Beans
Add Oil to a skillet on medium heat
Add Zucchini, Onions and Garlic
Saute til partly done
Add tomatoes and 1/4 Cup water water
Add Green Beans and saute till all is tender
Just before serving sprinkle on Cheese
