Introduction

This is super easy asian stir fry
add whole wheat spaghetti to the mix for lo mein
This is super easy asian stir fry
add whole wheat spaghetti to the mix for lo mein

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Green Beans (snap), 1/2 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Sweet and Sour Sauce, 1 packet
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 3 oz
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked 1 cup (remove)

Directions

place green beans in non stick pan with water to steam the beans with lid on the pan
then add green peppers and some dry hot pepper if you like it spicey
add sweet and sour packet
toss veggies

cook turkey seperately until golden then add to veggies
cook spaghetti then add to the mixture
