IntroductionGreat way to have a "calzone" with half the fat! Great way to have a "calzone" with half the fat!
1 package, frozen spinach (cooked and drained)
1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup of part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded)
1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
2 whole wheat pitas
*Carefully* make a small opening on one side of the pita bread with a knife and slide it in gently to open the pita (be careful not to split it open to much). Stuff 2 pitas with the filling.
Place on cookie sheet and lightly spray both sides of stuffed pitas with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 7 mins and let stand for 3-5 mins.
Served them with 4 ounces of Hunt's garlic and Herb spaghetti sauce.
*Try stuffing with other items of your choice when you have a calzone craving!*
