Just looking to make an easy, low calorie - but tasty chicken salad to spread on come celery or bell pepper strips or to put on a sandwich.
1 13 ounce can of Member's Mark (Sam's Club brand - I'm sure any would do) Chicken Breast in water
2 T of a finely chopped stalk of celery with a small piece of onion.
4 T Light Mayonnaise
Can be spread on celery stalks, bell pepper strips, crackers, or bread. For some color add some parsley and if you don't have celery - use celery seed.
