Ingredients

3/4 cup applesauce
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
2tsp.vanilla
2.5 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
2.5 tsp. B.powder
1.5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
2 cup grated zucchini
Directions
beat together, applesauce, brown and white sugar, egg and vanilla. Combine salt flour cocoa, b. powder, soda and cinnamon, fold. Add to first mixture. Fold well. Add milk zucchini.
bake for 20 min in muffin pan@ 350
