Ingredients

    These ingredients need to be 1 cup chopped each:
    Green pepper
    Red pepper
    Onions
    Leeks
    Celery
    Carrots
    Cauliflower
    Green Beans
    Frozen ingredients 1 cup each:
    Peas
    Sweet Corn
    1 cup Water

Directions

Put all ingredients including water in a big pot, bring to boil. Cook fpor about 3 minutes, let cool. Freeze in 1 or 2 cup portions for later use. Makes about 8 cups.
