Beef Vegetable Soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cup water
    1/2 lb. round steak, cut into small pieces
    2 beef boullion cubes
    4 oz. fine vermicelli
    2 cup mixed vegetables for soup, fried rice, etc. (home frozen)
    1 cup chopped tomatoes

Directions

Put water, beef and bouillion cubes in large pot, bring to boil. Cook for about 15 minutes until meat is done. Add vegetables (thawed), cook 5 minutes, add vermicelli and tomatoes, cook another 5 minutes. Serve. Makes 6 servings.
