Aunt ginís meatloaf 1 Inch

Introduction

(Makes about 8 inch slices) (Makes about 8 inch slices)
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground chuck 8% fat
    1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    1/3 cup catsup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    Ĺ large onion
    Salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    Ĺ bell pepper
    Ĺ cup water

Directions

Mix all together

Put extra catsup on top of meat loaf. On top of catsup cover meatloaf with bacon (I leave this step out.)

Cook at 350 1 hour

Make gravy. Add 1 tablespoon of onion soup mix, flour and water to meat drippings. (I donít normally do this either instead I drain the meatloaf to get rid of some fat)
