My Granola mix

Ingredients

    6 cups regular/old fashion flake oatmeal
    1/2 cup whole almonds
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds/pepitas
    pinch of cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1/2 cup dried, sweetened cranberries
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat ovent o 300F.

IN a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, cinnamon and salt. IN a small bowl, stir together the honey, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Pour over the oats and toss well to coat.

Spread the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice, until golden. Remove from the oven and stir in the dried fruit. Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container or individual ziploc bags.

Makes 8 cups (24 -1/3 cup servings)
