bow-ties with Spinach and Cherry Tomatoes

Submitted by: DAISY1358

Introduction

I found this recipe in Women's Day Magazine while waiting to get my car fixed. The original recipe called for Pine Nuts as well but I took them out and it reduced the calories per serving by a lot. 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp minced garlic
1 bag spinach (10oz), tough stems removed, leaves torn, bite sized
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
    1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
