1 16oz pkge frozen sausage 2/3 c. flour 3 cups milk 1 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet put entire 16 oz pkge of sausage over medium heat. Break up into bits, salt and peppering cooking sausage. Cook until browned. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add flour, mixing it in with the sausage, until all the grease in skillet is absorbed by flour. Turn heat up to high and add milk. Stir contents of pan constantly until thickend to desired consistanty. If gets too thick, add more milk, a little at a time, stirring until desired thickness. May add more salt/pepper to taste.
