4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed 1 qt chicken broth baby carrots 4 potatoes, cubed 1 can no salt added corn 1 can no salt added peas 2 cups Bisquick mix 3/4 cup milk 2 tsp parsley flakes
In slow cooker add chicken, broth, carrots, potatoes, corn, and peas. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, turn down to low for additional 1 1/2 hours. Turn cooker back up to high, Mix bisquick, parsley and milk together in bowl and drop dough on top of stew, cover and cook for at least 30 minutes, do not open lid during the 30 minute steam time. To check dumplings cut one open and check for doneness.
