Introduction

Jiffy corn muffin made with skim milk and 2 eggs Jiffy corn muffin made with skim milk and 2 eggs
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    2 large eggs
    2/3 cup milk

Directions

Mix, let stand 3-4 minutes. Put paper baking cups in the muffin pan. Then fill each muffin tin with 1/4 C of mixture and bake 20 minutes. Then put 3 more paper baking cups in the muffin tin (fill the rest 1/2 way with water) and fill with remaining mixture and bake another 20 minutes
