Clean Eats: Chickpea Burgers

Ingredients

    1 14 oz can of Chickpeas
    1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
    2 egg whites
    1/3 cup of chopped onions
    1/4 cup of chopped yellow peppers
    Garam Masala, Salt, and Pepper to Taste.

Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor. Mix until blended. Create 3 patties. Over medium heat, use cooking spray to coat pan. Cook covered until brown on each side and hot inside. Eat em!
