1 lb chicken
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup reduced sour cream
2 tsp cooking white wine
1-2 tsp mustard
2- Add onion and cook till clear in color
3- add mushrooms and cook
4- Add the sour cream, wine and mustard and simmer . Do not boil.
5- Cook noodles while chicken is simmering.
6 When noodles are ready drain and serve chicken over the noodles.
7- ENJOY!!! YUMMMMMM!!!
