Lemon Asparagus Chicken & Rice

Introduction

Homestyle cooking with a little kick! You can leave out the lemon juice, if you like... Or use another Campbell's Cream Of ___ Soup.
Makes FOUR 1 1/2 cup servings.

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast, chopped
    1 1/2 cups brown rice
    3 Stalks of Celery, chopped
    15 baby carrots, chopped
    4 cups water
    1 can of Campbell's Cream of Asparagus Soup
    2 tsp Lemon Juice
    Pepper, to taste

Directions

I have a rice cooker, so I throw everything (except the soup) in it at once, and add the soup once the rice is done.

f you do not have a rice cooker, you could cook the rice, all of the veggies and chicken in water. When the rice is finished, pour in the condensed soup.

Add water at the end, if a more liquid soup is desired.
