Ingredients

3 cups nonfat dry milk

3 cups strong black coffee

4 tablespoons dry egg whites

2 1/2 tsps vanilla extract

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl and mix with wire whip. Add chocolate chips then place in ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Freeze at least one hour before serving. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings 141 calories each
