Sandy's Chili Con Carne

Introduction

Great on a cold winters night, or out camping. Great on a cold winters night, or out camping.
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    5 lbs of ground beef
    2 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes with green chiles
    2 16 oz. tomatoe juice
    3 15 oz cans of Pinto beans
    3 15 oz cans of Dark Red Kidney Beans
    2 7 oz cans of diced green chiles
    Brick of Johnsons chili (from freezer section at grocery store)
    1 small onion diced

Directions

makes 36 1 cup servings

In large pot Brown ground beef with diced onion
drain thouroughly, and return to pot
Open and add all cans, beans, chiles, and Tomatoes
Add Johnson chili and tomatoe juice.
Cook on medium for approx 30 mins.
The longer you cook it the more the flavors mix.
