Roasted Broccoli

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Broccoli Florets, 4 cup (or fresh broccoli if you have that available)
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash or to taste
    Pepper, black, 1 dash or to taste
    Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds and sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper. Place on a large baking sheet (not air-insulated) and roast until the broccoli is tender and blackened on the bottom, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately, with lemon wedges.
