Introduction

These are a little less fattening then a regular calzone and super easy and super yummy!

They are even better with Trader Joe's whole wheat dough. However, this takes a little more effort.
These are a little less fattening then a regular calzone and super easy and super yummy!

They are even better with Trader Joe's whole wheat dough. However, this takes a little more effort.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 package of refridgerator dough
    1 roma tomato, chopped
    1 - 2 tbl minced garlic
    1 tsp olive oil
    6 leaves of fresh basil, loosely chopped.
    1 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella
    4 tbls shredded parmesan

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Roll out dough on cookie sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over dough. Then sprinkle garlic over dough, evenly.

Cut dough into 4 even squares or rectangles.

Add 1/4 c mozz and 1 tbls parm to each rectangle.

Add tomato and basil.

Bring corners together to wrap up ingredients.

Cook for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown
