Tabouli Salad

Ingredients

    1 8 oz package tabouli wheat or wheat salad mix. 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch green onions, 1 small cucumber, 1 cup parsley.
    1/4 cup olive oil and 1 1/4 cups water.

Directions

Soak wheat in 1 1/4 cups water and 1/4 cup olive oil while preparing vegetables. Chop veggies coarsely and add to wheat. Refrigerate 4 - 6 hours before eating.
